These conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via our webshop. Deviations from these are only valid if they are recorded in writing.

• All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices.
• We do our best to display product information, images and availability as accurately as possible, but errors can occur. No rights can be derived from this.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The agreement is concluded at the moment you receive this confirmation.

• Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped. You can pay with us via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or other available payment methods listed on the website.
• For custom made or personalized products a deposit of 30% of the total purchase amount applies.
• The remaining amount must be paid in full before the product is shipped .
• The deposit is non-refundable unless the order cannot be fulfilled for reasons on our side.

• We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
• We are not liable for delays by the delivery service.
• The order will be delivered to the address you specified when ordering or to the selected collection point.

• Products that are custom made or personalized especially for you (such as made-to-measure clothing, special prints or custom designs) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a demonstrable error or defect on our part.
• Therefore, please check your specifications carefully (such as sizes, colours or text) before placing your order.
• Custom-made products are not covered by the right of withdrawal as referred to in Article 7 of these terms and conditions.
• Production of custom work will only commence after the 30% deposit has been received. The remaining amount must be paid before shipping.

• You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
• Custom made or personalized products are excluded from returns.
• Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

• We guarantee the quality of our products. If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days.
• Complaints can be directed to info@limitedbyangel.nl. We aim to respond within 3 working days.

We are not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the webshop or products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

All content (such as texts, photos and logos) on this website is the property of LIMITED BY ANGEL and may not be copied, distributed or used without our express permission.

We respect your privacy and process personal data according to applicable law. Please consult our [Privacy Statement] for more information.

These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. In the event of disputes, the court of the district where LIMITED BY ANGEL is established has jurisdiction.
