Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your purchase (partly). Within this period you can view and try on the item, just like you would in a physical store.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
• The original labels and/or packaging must still be present.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Please note: Custom made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged . This applies for example to clothing that has been specially adjusted to your specifications.

1. If an item is eligible for return, you can do so in your account under Returns.
2. Please pack the items carefully and return them to the specified return address.
3. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods, unless there is an error on our part.

Once we have received and checked your return in good order, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 working days . You will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail.

Would you rather exchange for a different size or color? Please indicate this in your return notification. We will be happy to help you, provided the desired item is in stock.
