Order
How do I know if my order was successful?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation almost immediately. Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can still change or cancel it in some cases. Please contact us as soon as possible.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. For custom made products, the delivery time is longer, between 3 and 5 weeks.
Custom made products
What is included in custom-made products?
These are products that are specially adapted or made according to your wishes, such as custom-made clothing, personalized prints or unique designs.
Can I return a custom made product?
No, custom work is excluded from the right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Of course, we will solve it properly if there is something wrong with the product.
When does production of custom work start?
Once the 30% deposit is received, we will start production. The remaining amount must be paid before shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay safely with us via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes, we ship orders only after full payment. For custom products, we require a 30% deposit, and the remaining amount must be paid before shipping.
Is it safe to pay via your webshop?
Yes, our webshop uses a secure SSL connection and reliable payment provider MOLLIE.
Returns
How can I return a product?
Items that are eligible for return within the cooling-off period can easily be registered in your account.
Within what period can I return an item?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, provided the product is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
Are the return costs at my expense?
Yes, unless there is an error on our part.
When will I get my money back?
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the amount to your account within 7 working days.
